Furthermore, they demand that the National Fund for the Arts and the National Theater Institute should not be closedthe National Institute of Music (INAMU) and that the Book Activity Law is not repealed.
«We want to continue having our own identity as a Nation. Otherwise, we will only have the sad destiny of not being. That’s what this fight is regarding. A country is as big or as small as the measure of its cultural project,” they stated.

The cultural leaders state that Milei’s administration “intends to repeal vital laws for the survival of the cultural industries, arts and sciences, and cultural heritage” of the country and added that ““It attacks culture, public media and decentralized organizations that promote the cultural production of our Nation.”
