Sweden’s Frida Karlsson was carried off the track on a stretcher. Now the skier has already come to her senses

Swedish skier Frida Karlsson felt unwell at the finish of the final leg of the Tour de Ski, a 10 km freestyle mass start in Val di Fiemme, Italy.
Karlsson finished 15th before she collapsed onto the snow motionless. She was immediately given first aid and taken off the track on a stretcher into a medical tent.

Later it became known that everything is fine with Karlsson. “She has recovered and is doing well. Frida talks to doctors and physiotherapists and drinks soup.” said Expressen press officer of the Swedish national team Asti Lindbeck.
Karlsson became overall winner of the Tour de Ski.
Karlsson, 23, is a bronze medalist in the relay race at the Beijing Olympics. She also has gold, three silvers and two bronzes at the world championships.
