Frequent Scratch-Off Lottery Player Wins $1 Million With Ticket He Bought While Waiting For Prescription At Pennsylvania Pharmacy

A frequent Scratch-Off lottery player in Pennsylvania won $1 million with one of these tickets. that he bought at the pharmacy while looking for some medicines.

Nicholas Pletcher, 44, of Mt. Pleasant Township, purchased the ticket on March 15 at AccuServe Pharmacy in North Huntingdon.

The man invested $20 on your bet on the “Millionaire Maker” scratch-off game.

“I couldn’t believe it when I scraped it off. I saw that and thought, ‘you have to be kidding,'” the lucky man said, as quoted by the Tribune Review.

To make sure that he had indeed won the large sum, Pletcher verified the ticket on the lottery ticket scanner in the store and confirmed the win.

“All of us are surprised,” said Tom McGill, an AccuServe employee.

“(Pletcher) said that was his hobby,” McGill added, referring to the customer’s habit of playing the lottery.

Pletcher said she buys $20 lottery tickets when she picks up her prescriptions if she has a little money to spare.

Pletcher, who is a single father of two boys, ages 12 and 10, has not decided how he will spend the money.. For those purposes, he plans to hire a financial adviser. The man, who works as a machine operator in a Mt. Pleasant factory, He does not envision giving up his job at the moment.
