French presidential election: Jean-Luc Mélenchon comes out on top in Montreal | French Presidential 2022

In the Maritimes, the results are similar, with 36.61% for Mr. Macron, 25.3% for Mr. Mélenchon and 13.69% for Mr. Zemmour.

Toronto is the only polling station in Canada where Ms. Le Pen came second, with 22.96% of the vote. Mr. Macron was ahead of it, at 46.51%.

Some 67,000 French people are registered on the electoral lists of the consulate in Montreal and more than 13,000 are registered in Quebec.
