The perpetrators, French nationals, were intercepted by the Grand Ducal police on the A13, in their rental car. They were deprived of their liberty by the Grand Ducal authorities.
It appeared that these two authors had, in the morning, already committed a robbery in Saint-Georges-sur-Meuse, in a clothing store. Shots were reportedly fired during this first robbery.
