Freezing of oocytes: a new right but very long delays

Oocyte self-storage has been authorized for non-medical reasons since January 1, 2022 by the bioethics law for those who do not wish to have children immediately. A medical journey slowed down by the lack of approved centers in France. By the summer, five additional establishments will receive authorisation.
