Participants of the special operation in Ukraine and their children will be able to study free of charge at the preparatory departments. The corresponding project was prepared by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
“The Russian Ministry of Education and Science has developed a draft order expanding the list of categories of citizens who can study free of charge at the preparatory departments of universities. This right can now be exercised, including by participants in a special military operation and their children,” reported on the official website of the ministry. This will improve the level of preparation for admission to universities.
Earlier it was reported that the participants of the SVO in Ukraine and their children will be able to transfer from paid to free education in colleges and universities. Decree It entered into force from September 1 this year. To switch to the budget, they should not have debts for studies, as well as for tuition fees.
