A Freebox Delta subscriber gets a monthly reduction of €5 on their subscription for 12 months.
The loyalty and retention policy continues at Free. Launched at the end of 2018 to deal with a loss of subscribers on the fixed line, this strategy can really prove to be advantageous for customers, at least for their portfolio. When a Free user wishes to cancel his Freebox subscription, the operator sometimes offers promotional offers in order to retain him as a reduction in the price of his package for 1 year in exchange for a one-year commitment. Today, it’s the turn of a Freebox Delta subscriber to try his luck, and obtain from the operator a promotional rate of €44.99/month for 1 year, in exchange for a commitment of 12 months. The reduction then amounts to €4/month. While this practice is common among ISPs, sometimes smart former subscribers take advantage of it by contacting the Free loyalty service at 3244
