Update 3.0 of LG Channels, a free channel service broadcast over the internet, will soon arrive for LG TVs in Brazil. Available on TVs with WebOS 4.5 or higher in the country, the service will receive a major update, making it easier to navigate, search for new content and use the channel guide. What’s new in LG Channels 3.0?
According to LG’s communications pagethe LG Channels 3.0 application promises to bring “a new UI [interface] with improved navigation, more engaging placements for content discovery, and an improved channel guide where users can easily discover the content that appeals to them most.” At the top of the home page will be a rotating carousel mechanism for easy access to the most popular channels. popular, curated collections and On Demand content.
On the “Live” page, the user will be able to watch live broadcasts directly through LG Channels. Furthermore, the new channel guide now covers only half of the screen, allowing the user to watch what is on and choose what they want to watch next while seeing what is currently on.
In the “On Demand” tab, you can select the top content you want to filter, such as movies and TV shows. Another interesting point is that the application will make recommendations on what to watch through the “popular now” category.

Launch and availability
LG Channels 3.0 update will be available in September 2023 in South Korea. Soon after, in October 2023, LG Channels 3.0 will be released in the US, UK and “other international markets”.
