The female menstrual cycle subject of discussion at the General Council of Neuchâtel. During its session on Monday evening, the legislature took note of an information report on menstrual issues. The Municipal Council has released a credit of 43,500 francs to provide free hygienic protection in 150 toilets in administrative, sports and cultural buildings in the Municipality. The request came from the Vert-POP-Sol ranks. This approach will also be accompanied by a communication campaign, in particular to promote the use of reusable menstrual products. /sbe
