• Providing vaccination services for Thai girls aged 12-15 years (born between August 1, 2008 and July 15, 2011).
• If you have never received any HPV vaccine before, you will receive 2 doses of the vaccine (the second dose will be scheduled 6 months after the date of the first dose).
• If you have previously received 1 dose of HPV 4-strain vaccine, you will receive another dose at least 6 months apart from the first dose.
• If previously vaccinated against HPV type 2 strains. will receive 2 doses of HPV type 4 vaccine
•Only available on the date and time of pre-registration.
• Please bring the original ID card/birth certificate and personal vaccination book. Show up on the day of vaccination.
note :
The registration system needs to fill in the ID card number.
For those who have never received services at Chulalongkorn Hospital before. Please register new patients in advance before registering for vaccination at the Chula Care application.
