Francophone Congress of Allergology: what management of allergies?

On the occasion of the Francophone Congress of Allergology, we take stock of this disorder of the immune system. Allergies correspond to a hypersensitivity of the body to substances that are a priori harmless: allergens. According to Inserm, 20 to 30% of the population is affected by an allergic disease. May manifest as skin, respiratory or generalized reactions, allergies can be treated. How to diagnose allergy and identify the allergen? How to explain the development of an allergy?
