Prime Minister under the regime of the late General Lansana Conté, François Lounceny signs his return to politics. He returns to the head of the National Union of Guinean Patriots (Unpg). The launching ceremony of the activities of the said party is scheduled for Saturday, August 12, 2023, in the Commune of Ratoma.
Mr. Fall is a Guinean politician and diplomat. After supporting Alpha Condé in the second round of the 2010 presidential election, he was his foreign minister from 2012 to 2016. In recent years, he is the special representative of the United Nations Secretary General for Central Africa.
