Bernard Cazeneuve withdraws from the PS
Former Socialist Prime Minister Bernard Cazeneuve announced to the regional weekly La Manche Libre his departure from the PS after the conclusion of an agreement for the legislative elections between this party and LFI.
“I left the Socialist Party in disagreement with the alliance made with the party of Jean-Luc Mélenchon”, declared Mr. Cazeneuve, referring to “a political formation, La France Insoumise, of which I had to undergo violence , the excess of positions, the insults also when I was in government, especially when the death of Rémi Fraisse occurred”.
