The Minister of Health, François Braun, responded to the demands of medical interns during an interview with France Inter, Wednesday May 3. Some of the 30,000 interns were on strike on Friday April 28 to denounce their working conditions.

An “old” problem

“Already, in 2019, interns in France worked an average of 58.4 hours per week.
