If “always immersed in viticulture”The Bordeaux resident, present for the first time at A Fiera di u Vinu, first spent thirty-five years in commercial positions in the wine sector, before turning to what he had always dreamed of: having his own vineyard and being a winemaker.
It was last March, when he and Franck Santini, from Domaine Clos Santini, joined forces to take over and restructure an existing property on the Patrimoniu site. “With four hectares of AOP Patrimonio vines and 10 hectares of Isle of Beauty vines”called Domaine Ligenda, the man in the office has become a man in the field. “It is a dream that has always been in the back of my mind and to be able, today, make my own wine is extraordinary.”
