Yes, I have spring in my head and not just a little bit too. I have already finished the first turnip greens and white asparagus (from the greenhouse) and it was so much fun. Now it’s waiting for the asparagus from the open ground and the first rhubarb with which I can dive into the kitchen. I love this season so much with its fresh flavors and spicy leafy greens. Nature is awakening, and so am I ;-).

You won’t be surprised that I was inspired by the budding spring for this new weekly menu. The asparagus and rhubarb are not in it yet, but there are other dishes that taste delicious at this time of the season.

In the weekly menu you will find a sweet and sour wok dish with bell pepper and breadcrumbs, crispy chicken burritos on Tex Mex Tuesday, Mac and Cheese with zucchini and lemon, cod curry with turnip greens and cauliflower rice, chicken piccata with orzo, quinoa salad with beet, carrot and radishes and apricot crostata. Enjoy it!
