Vincent Collet unveiled this evening, during the program Tout le sport on France 3, the list of 12 players who will participate in the 2023 World Cup with the French team. TrashTalk was there and we’re going for a rather classic roster, and the Blues who will play once again to get the most beautiful of medals.
In exactly two months, with three aperitifs close, France will start its World Cup in Jakarta, and will face Canada, Latvia and Lebanon in the first round.

A first round which should serve as a rehearsal for the rest, but that is not the news of the day since what we are talking about today is… the list unveiled a few minutes ago by Vincent Collet, the list of 12 who will try to add a medal to the already well-stocked list of EDF. Sylvain Francisco who sees his good season and his big outings during the last FIBA windows rewarded, Mathias Lessort – just signed by Panathinaikos – who replaces Vincent Poirier (the big absentee?) in the racket and, the chef’s surprise, Yakuba Ouattara, champion of France with Monaco and who will also play his first big championship with the Blues, while Frank Ntilikina continues to have the confidence of Vincent Collet despite fairly poor seasons in terms of playing time.
