-Contribute to defining the France Travail strategy in its department and implementing it
-Manage your department according to the objectives set
-Manage the human resources of your team
-Organize the operational deployment of national projects within its scope of intervention in conjunction with other France Travail services
-Drive your team’s activities based on results
-Conduct management interviews
-Lead team meetings
-Contribute to networking and the capitalization of good practices
-Contribute to the development of the service offering in its field and manage the service relationship
This position is open to people with disabilities.
The position is to be filled in Balma or Montpellier depending on the candidate’s place of residence.
Frequent travel will be required between the two sites.
This position requires the following skills:
– Appetite/competence in new technologies,
– Educational skills, both internally and externally with our RPE partners, on supporting the development of the IS platform in the years to come (use and security),
– Technical knowledge of IT networks and their necessary security,
– Ability to support our constantly evolving work environment via our Office 365 ecosystem and the Microsoft environment,
– Knowledge of the circuits, processes and contacts of the IT department would be a real plus.
