France: Participation of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan in the World Camel Event

United Nations In celebration of the declaration of 2024 as the International Year of the Camel by Saudi Arabia on saturday France Participating in a special camel parade.

According to Arab News, this event in Paris has been organized by the French Federation for Camels in France and Europe with the support of the International Camel Organization.

The event is sponsored by the Saudi Ministry of Culture and the Camel Club.

The camel parade is being organized for the third year as well.

The event was held for the first time in January 2019 and is scheduled to be held again in 2022.

This year’s camel parade will feature camels, including llamas, alpacas and other animals of the camel family, while more than 50 representatives of camel-related organizations from more than 30 countries will be present at the event.

Camel breeders, government officials, people interested in animals and people from various branches of arts will also be a part of the event.

Among the countries that will be represented, including Saudi Arabia, are the United States, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Canada, India, Morocco, Tanzania, Peru, Algeria, Czech Republic, Pakistan, Tunisia, Austria, Spain, Burundi, Senegal. These include Gaul, the People’s Republic of Congo, Mauritania, France, Sudan, Chad, Angola, the United Kingdom and Uganda.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Saudi representatives will talk about how important camels are in their culture. He will mention that camels have been a symbol of Saudi society since ancient times and are still highly valued today.

A day prior to the march was dedicated to a dialogue session in the historical center of the Chateau de Janvary to present the heritage and cultural aspects of camels around the world.
