Innsbruck – The FPÖ is also preparing for the Innsbruck municipal council elections in spring 2024: The Freedom Party unanimously nominated Vice Mayor Markus Lassenberger as the top and mayoral candidate in the party leadership. After the election, they want to appoint the mayor as well as become the party with the highest number of votes in the local council, the blue Tyrolean party members said at a press conference in Innsbruck on Thursday.
