“The consistent development work of the Salzburg Freedom Party was honored by the voters. The solidarity between the FPÖ and the citizens was further strengthened.”

Vienna/Salzburg (OTS) The FPÖ Salzburg achieved by far their best result in state elections today – much to the delight of FPÖ federal party chairman NAbg. Herbert Kickl: “I’m really happy and congratulate Marlene Svazek and her entire team from the bottom of my heart. It was massively strengthened by the people of Salzburg today and was able to bring in the harvest for its years of consistent development work. This result gives the FPÖ even more momentum at federal level!”

In today’s result, the FPÖ federal party chairman also saw the deselection of a policy that was directed once morest the interests of the voters: “The needs of the citizens played no role in the so-called ‘Dirndl coalition’. All three governing parties in Salzburg lost votes today, the Neos were even kicked out of the state parliament. On the other hand, the support for the FPÖ, whose position for years was and is solely on the side of Salzburg, was great. The voters honored this and heralded a new political era in Salzburg.”

At federal and state level, the FPÖ stands for a policy from a single source for the benefit of the people. This line has now also been rewarded in Salzburg. Kickl: “The outcome of the election in Salzburg marks the end of a series of state elections that has been highly successful for the FPÖ in recent months. We have succeeded in further strengthening our solidarity with the population. This is also a task at the federal level to continue working consistently and in a straight line. The next step, by autumn at the latest, is the approach to the Chancellery and a federal government under liberal leadership.”
