According to the current survey, the FPÖ is ahead of the ÖVP (22%) and SPÖ (21%) in Styria with 29 percent of the vote.
Graz (OTS) – As the AK election that was successfully completed last week and the survey published today by pollster Peter Hajek on behalf of the “Kleine Zeitung” show, the Styrian Freedom Party appears to be on the road to success. According to the current survey, if a state election were to take place tomorrow, 29 percent of Styrians would vote for the FPÖ. The ÖVP would therefore only get 22 percent, which would correspond to a minus of 14 percent compared to the last state election. The SPÖ might currently only mobilize 21 percent of voters. It turns out that the Freedom Party is taking up the challenges that people are actually concerned regarding: migration, traffic, inflation and health. “Of course, surveys are only a snapshot. However, it turns out that the Styrians want honest, fact-oriented and homeland politics and reject black dirt bucket campaigns or red migration dreams. With Mario Kunasek at the helm, we will continue to work hard for the people of this country, take their problems seriously and certainly not get involved in political mudslinging. Our aim is to help shape the Green Mark positively and to correct the many undesirable developments, for example in the hospital sector, in the asylum system or in transport policy. A major challenge is the current labor market and economic development, which we must quickly put on the agenda. The bottom-line accusations made once morest us obviously have no effect and those who make them should urgently question themselves,” concluded FPÖ state party secretary Stefan Hermann.
