FPÖ federal party chairman Kickl called for the defense and preservation of traditions and values in a video message
Vienna (OTS) – The FPÖ parliamentary club took part in the world’s largest networking meeting of conservative and patriotic forces, the CPAC conference in Budapest, with a delegation consisting of the Nationalrat and EU deputies Christian Hafenecker, Harald Vilimsky, Axel Kassegger, Petra Steger, Roman Haider and Martin Graf. part. FPÖ Federal Party Chairman Club Chairman NAbg. Herbert Kickl spoke up in a video message in which he campaigned for the strengthening of the nation states and made the preservation of traditions and values the goal: “Security, prosperity, family, identity and last but not least normality – these are the values that we have to protect.”
On the fringes of the conference, Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orbán invited some representatives of the FPÖ to a working meeting. “In Hungary, patriots from all over the world came together as friends to discuss preserving the nation state, traditional families and culture. These were also the core issues in our very good talks with Prime Minister Orbán. It is important to bundle the joint forces effectively and work more closely together, for example in the areas of migration or family policy,” emphasized FPÖ Secretary General NAbg. Christian Hafenecker.
“We are more united than ever in the fight to preserve our national sovereignty over Brussels. In Hungary you can see how ruthlessly and arbitrarily the Eurocrats are taking action once morest a government that is unwelcome because it is conservative and popular with the population. As the FPÖ, we will do everything we can not only in Austria but also at EU level to bring competencies back to the national states. Hungary’s path can serve as a model for us,” said Harald Vilimsky, head of the FPÖ delegation in the EU Parliament.
