Vienna (OTS) – “‘Private jet minister’ Gewessler held a navel-gaze of her green ideological climate mania and continued her enemy policy against private transport and drivers,” reacted today FPÖ traffic spokesman and Secretary General NAbg. It is obvious that Gewessler is planning “the next all-out attack on individual transport” with the new national climate and energy plan: “Only a few weeks ago, the media reported on its absurd content, such as a car-free day in cities, a city toll, a earlier ban on combustion engines, a higher CO2 tax or speed limits. Hafenecker saw the downplaying of road blockades by “climate terrorists” as “civil disobedience” as an “oath of revelation as to who the minister’s genius was”. “With their policies, Minister Gewessler and the Greens have long acted as the political arm of these climate extremists. Because forcing countless people into traffic jams, causing traffic chaos and accepting that emergency vehicles are blocked and thus endangering human lives has absolutely nothing to do with legitimate protest. These climate terrorists, who are obsessed with fantasies of the end of the world and who have long since left our democracy, must be dealt with with the full force of the law!” said the liberal traffic spokesman and renewed the FPÖ’s call for massive increases in punishment.

It was high time that the citizens were given the opportunity in new elections to vote out “green ideologically blinded climate hysterics” like Minister Gewessler from the government bench: “And the ÖVP, who heaved them into the government, at the same time. Because the blacks are helping to implement the eco-Marxist plans of Gewessler, Kogler and Co out of sheer retention of power – they let the Austrians pay for the damage. That has to end!”
