As one of the last EU countries, Austria is offering Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy the opportunity to speak in Parliament today, Thursday. The head of state, who has held mostly virtual speeches in many parliaments around the world since the beginning of the war, will be connected via video to the plenary hall at 9 a.m.
