In an interview with TV Peru, the member of the Ministerial Cabinet remarked that the number of infections has exceeded 5% “of what is acceptable”, for which he considered that the country is already in a fourth wave. He noted that Lima is the city with the highest number of cases.

“We are already in a fourth wave, we have already passed 5% (of infections) of what is acceptable to call a fourth wave, and which is present in many provinces and departments of our country, they have already exceeded 5%, to the head is our capital”, expressed Jorge López.
