At first, they ask that they not be recorded and begin to approach the journalists, raising their voices more and more and forcing them to keep the camera in the car where they were traveling.

According to Fourth Estate, the first instigator of the event was identified as Víctor Díaz Cuevawho does not hold any public office, but is close to the mayor of Chadín.

“He was the first to ask for the road to be blocked and for the other patrolmen to be called. His rejection of the report we broadcast last week was evident… he asked us to put the camera away”, explained Eduardo Quispe.
