Fourth case of monkeypox confirmed in Pakistan

In a statement issued by the National Ministry of Health on Sunday, Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed Bharath, Coordinator for Health of Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, has said that there is an effective screening system at all airports.

“Pakistan has taken effective measures to prevent monkeypox, the federation and the provinces are coordinating together, all the necessary measures are being ensured on time.”
