Four years after the death of Natacha Jaitt, the memory of her brother: “This is my fight”

This Thursday, in addition to Mirtha Legrand’s 96th birthday, another event in show business marked the fourth anniversary of the death of Natacha Jaitt, who was found dead in a Tigre complex on February 23, 2019.

Days ago, his brother Ulises anticipated the date and shared a reflection on his Instagram profile in which he assures that he was “ignored and mistreated” by the gender violence prosecutor’s office of the party in which the event occurred.

“2/23/2019, it is already 4 years since Natacha’s death, where I was ignored and mistreated in the Tigre gender violence prosecutor’s office by corrupt prosecutors Diego Calegari, Cosme Iribarren and Sebastian Fitipaldi. They 3 erased the cause of the system, ”wrote the radio host.

Then, he indicated some irregularities in the judicial process in question. “They did not allow me to have a copy of the entire case for in-depth analysis,” she exemplified. Given the contradictions of the witnesses, there was never a confrontation even following requesting it, ”he added later.

“On the same day of his death, they went to our house to look for a pen drive and there was no record of this,” Jaitt later said, who assured: “They were more attentive to finding the pen drive with information that might compromise different people, than to find out who killed her.”

In addition, Jaitt stated that witnesses proposed by the family were not summoned to testify, requests from parties where alleged evidence was offered were ignored, and images of the event were denied to protect witnesses.

“They gave officer Walter Daniel Roman 6 months of preparation, so that he can testify for having moved Natacha’s backpack from the ground floor to the top floor and also took the photo of her dead,” denounced Jaitt, who assured that when declaring the officer said he did not remember anything.

“The tablet that has not been unlocked for four years, there has never been a precedent in criminal history that it takes so long,” he said later regarding one of the most commented points of the fact that still remains unresolved. Finally, he assured: “This is my fight.”

This Thursday, in addition, Jaitt returned to the subject by publishing images of the three prosecutors who, according to him, “intend to close the Natacha case” and leave the alleged murder of his sister unpunished.
