Four people, including three minors, were arrested for allegedly participating in the sexual challenge “The Penance”.
They would also have given a drug to a 12-year-old girl to force her to participate “in the game.”
The information was released by Douglas Rico, director of the Corps of Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations, on his social networks. He happened in Ureña, Táchira state.
It all started when the officials received a complaint from the director of an educational institution, in which a young girl said that they gave her a “substance” in a soft drink and that following that she was dizzy.
The official version indicates that at that moment they began to touch her parts and “without her consent they took her to another room, where they forced her to such an act,” Rico maintained.
One of those arrested was identified as ER Zambrano Hernández, 30 years old, as well as minors between 14 and 17 years old. The adult would have supplied the drug to the teenagers.
At the time of the arrest, three Duroval pills were found and the case was referred to the order of the 26th Prosecutor of the Public Ministry of Táchira state.
