VMF Immobilien is now constructing a residential building with 26 condominiums and an underground car park in a green residential area in the Floridsdorf district of Vienna.
Vienna (OTS) – The foundation stone was recently laid for a new residential building project by VMF Immobilien at Frauenstiftgasse 4, 1210 Vienna. The following guests took part in the celebration: Gernot Baumgartner, general manager and head of the building construction department at Leyrer+Graf, Bernd Pichler, building construction group manager, Stefan Madl, site manager at Leyrer+Graf and Rudolf Öhler, foreman at Leyrer+Graf, Martin Kunath, Kunath Trenkwalder Architekten, and Joachim Walch, Managing Director BauSoll, Mathias Spies, Project Manager and Oliver Högn, Head of Project Management, VMF Immobilien and Horst Lukaseder, Member of the Management Board VMF Immobilien. A modern and sustainable residential building will be built on the property by autumn 2024. It comprises a ground floor and three upper floors with a total of 26 condominiums and a total usable area of around 1,700 square meters. There is also an underground car park with 16 parking spaces. The apartments offer two to four rooms with sizes between 40 and 115 square meters. Well thought-out floor plans, spacious open spaces such as balconies, loggias, terraces and private gardens as well as high-quality furnishings ensure a high level of living comfort.
Sustainable living is an investment in the future
The residential project impresses with its attractive location in a quiet district with nearby green spaces. Horst Lukaseder, member of the management board of VMF Immobilien, explains: “The location is still the most important criterion, but sustainability is also becoming more important.
