RSU business incubator B-Space in the latest broadcast Campfire talks Kārlis Langins is a guest in the episode. Karl with his team B-Space has created a new food product from gray peas as part of the incubation program. In an open conversation with Kristaps Zaļi and Luīzi Ziediņa, Kārlis talks about challenges and success in the INK program, not being afraid of mistakes, motivation, business and life.
Karl’s business idea started with a hobby and determination to turn it into a profitable business. He believes that criticism is an important part of product development, so he has met with industry professionals and asked for feedback and suggestions. Later, together with the team, he started participating in the RSU business incubator B-Space in the incubation or INK program, where Kärl’s team received the honorable third place and funding for the further development of the idea. Kārlis reveals that it is necessary to participate in the INK program not only with the aim of developing your own idea, but also because the incubator brings together many interesting, active people with different knowledge and skills, and it is important for every entrepreneur to build his own orbit with people.
Team Finewhich included Kārlis, developed an innovative gray pea product during the incubation program. It is very similar in nature to miso paste, so the application is similar, even wider. This product could be called a healthy seasoning, compared to a bouillon cube added to food, used as a paste to add to soups, sauces, stews or even spread on bread.

IB blogs
As a famous blog news writer, I recently came across various news articles from different RSU (Regional School Unit) institutions. After analyzing these articles, I provide my analysis and insights on the latest developments from these educational institutions.
Firstly, it’s worth noting that RSU institutions are focused on providing quality education and extracurricular activities to their students. For instance, RSU Student Affairs, in collaboration with CAT, is hosting a ’Scared Sober’ event from October 14-20, 2024, to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and recovery [[1]]. Furthermore, they are also organizing a ‘Stomp the Stigma’ Recovery Awareness Walk on October 15, 2024, to promote a supportive environment for recovery and mental health awareness.
On the other hand, RSU 57 has recently launched a new website (https://rsu57mustangs.org/) to provide updated information regarding Middle School and High School Athletics [[2]]. This move is a step towards digital transformation, making it easier for students, parents, and coaches to access information about athletics and other events.
Lastly, RSU 23 Old Orchard Beach Schools have updated their news section with various posts, including school closures due to unforeseen circumstances [[3]]. The updates were posted on April 4 and 5, 2024, to keep students, parents, and staff informed about the latest developments.
my analysis of these news articles highlights the efforts of various RSU institutions to provide quality education, extracurricular activities, and support for their students’ mental health and well-being. Whether it’s organizing events, launching new websites, or keeping stakeholders informed, RSU institutions are committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for their students to thrive.
