Forza Horizon 5 has proven to be a hugely popular game, but many players have apparently moved on to other games these days. Many of them are sure to be back in March, though.
Because Playground Games has announced the second expansion for Forza Horizon 5 as promised, and it’s called Rally Adventure. This takes us to the Sierra Nueva, where the studio’s “most extreme driving road ever” takes us across six new biomes. Thanks to the campaign mode, we’ll be featuring three rally teams, each focusing on a different type of challenge, the most racing event in the Horizon expansion pack. Quantity often comes at the expense of quality, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here.
Playground’s attention to detail shows in the expansion’s improved terrain deformations, a new HUD (and a co-pilot that gives us callouts), launch controls that make it easier to get off to a good start, 10 new extremely detailed off-road vehicles, and more .
Rally Adventure launches on March 29, and will cost $19.99 if you don’t own the special edition of Forza Horizon 5. Not that you need to pay for everything that day. Everyone will get a new Epitaph record radio station and a bunch of rally-focused EventLab props as part of a free update that same day.
You can see most of it in the trailer below, and get info on the new car, new rally parts, anti-lag system and everything else hereMore details.
