Mazars, an international leader in auditing, taxation and consulting, and Forvis, the eighth largest multidisciplinary firm in the United States, put a giant in the global Top 10 in the sector. They have in fact set up a new network ranked in the Top 10 in the world according to the most recent rankings. This alliance will be effective from June 1, 2024. The large-scale operation will allow the two firms to “continue their global growth by developing their capabilities to support their clients, particularly internationally”. The new group will operate under a single global brand: Forvis Mazars. It will have a total turnover of approximately 4.7 billion euros ($5 billion), which will allow it to be in the top 10 global entities.
Made up of only two members, unique in this respect, this network will have the global scale required to meet the needs of its customers, while maintaining its historical agility, underlines Mazars. The two parties will retain their two integrated models and remain held by their respective international partnerships. In addition, Mazars USA will join Forvis Mazars in the United States as of June 1, 2024.
