The Winterfest 2022 is coming in Fortnite update 23.10! Open 14 gifts during these festivities to get 17 in-game items for freeincluding two new outfits (there’s also a way to get a free third outfit!). Also use reintroduced items on the Fortnite Battle Royale island and enjoy the Winterfest Wonderland on different islands. Winterfest 2022 takes place from December 13, 2022 at 3 p.m. (CET) to January 3, 2023 at 3 p.m. (CET).
Open 14 gifts filled with free items!
The Winterfest Cabin (also known as the Cozy Cabin) is already in the game! But this time, you will not come across Sergeant Frimas. Here you’ll find the Frost Fairy, a tired Sleigh Guff, and the familiar face of cozy Jonesy.
From December 13 at 3:15 p.m. (CET), open one gift per day for 14 days at the Chalet. These 14 gifts contain a total of 17 items: two outfits, two gliders, two wraps, three parlor music, three sprays, a back bling, a trail, an emote and an emote, and all that free ! We don’t want to spoil the whole surprise for you, but the two free outfits are the arctic adeline outfit and the Sleigh Guff Outfit :
As with previous Winterfest, the Cozy Chalet is accessible in the snowflake tab of the lobby. If you miss a gift opening day, just come back anytime before Winterfest ends (January 3 at 3:00 p.m. CET) and open them.
Enjoy Reintroduced Battle Royale Items
Frosted gear is coming out of the shed and back in Battle Royale and Zero Build! During Winterfest 2022, throw explosive snowballs with the snowball thrower and deposit holiday gifts to open to get their loot.
Speaking of gifts, Sergeant Frosty isn’t on vacation during Winterfest 2022. He’s been patrolling the island on his special semi-trailer and handing out holiday gifts (as long as you’re good…).
Note: The Snowball Launcher will replace the Rocket Launcher during Winterfest.
A new experience is the greatest gift
During the’call for the creation of the 2022 Winter Festivalwe challenged creators to create unique and memorable experiences for Winterfest 2022. Another free outfit: little Papa Guff
He always puts the package, and not just a gift.
All players who log into Fortnite from the Epic Games Launcher during Winterfest (December 13, 2022, 3:00 p.m. (CET) through January 3, 2023, 3:00 p.m. (CET)) can get the new Papa Guff outfit free ! All you need to do is launch Fortnite from the Epic Games launcher on PC during Winterfest, head to the Item Shop, and pick up Papa Guff.
Make a new friend with the Fortnite Club: Glacilama
All Fortnite Club members who log into Fortnite during the Winterfest period (December 13, 2022, 3:00 p.m. (CET) through January 3, 2023, 3:00 p.m. (CET)) will immediately receive thereactive Glacilama back prop. Glacilama is always cold and sneezes whenever you perform a kill or open a chest.
This back bling is similar to another chilly llama that you can unbox at the Cozy Cabin.
New and Old Winter Outfits
During Winterfest 2022, new and old winter outfits are creeping into the Item Shop, including cold fairy et Cozy Jonesy !

Spread the Winterfest spirit with a free emote
Friendship makes us stronger, but so does bodybuilding. Play with 5 different friends from your friend list in any Winterfest mode (from December 13, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. (CET) to January 3, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. (CET)) to receive theCast Iron Lift emote. Reward distribution begins around January 6.
As you explore the Cozy Cabin, use reintroduced items, and roam the islands from the Calling to the Creation of the Winterfest, complete themed weekly quests to earn XP! There will be two sets of weekly quests: one between December 13 at 3:00 p.m. (CET) and December 20, and the second between December 20 at 3:00 p.m. (CET) and December 27.

Battle Royale Chapter 4 – Season 1 Super Level Styles
May your reign extend to the cosmos. In the Bonus Rewards section of the Battle Pass tab, bonus styles for Battle Royale Chapter 4 – Season 1 Battle Pass rewards are already available for players who exceed level 100. With the update 23.10, super level styles from Chapter 4 – Season 1 are now available!
What are the super level styles for this season? Progress beyond Chapter 4 – Season 1 level 125 and start unlocking styles Elysian, Immutable et ataractic for the Helsie, Selene, L’Intemporel, Dusty and Massai outfits.
Balancing
In case you missed it, we made several balance adjustments in a hotfix on December 9:

Time to capture points of interest has been reduced.

Accuracy and recoil of the Tactical Pistol have been improved.

Accuracy and rate of fire of the Expert Automatic Shotgun has been increased.

Rumbler Shotgun pick up time has been reduced.

The damage to players and the environment and the hip fire accuracy of the ex-caliber rifle have been reduced.

Shockwave Hammer rebound cooldown.

Light bullets now drop in stacks of 20 instead of 18.
Additionally, in Update 23.10, we increased the amount of harvestable materials on many large stone items on the island.

Major Battle Royale Bug Fixes

For PC players, fixed an issue where the Reality Reinforcements key edit was only available during gameplay.

Changed voice chat settings in the sidebar are now saved correctly.

Fixed an issue that caused overshield damage values to appear white.

The Shockwave Hammer no longer deals damage to players through structures and buildings.
