The world is watching the Russian-Ukrainian crisis continue. This has led to changes in much of the global economy, such as the price of oil, stock trading, and the value of the Russian currency.
The ruble has fallen completely, reaching an all-time high where one ruble equals less than one cent in US dollars. This considers it equal to less than one V-Buck purchased in Fortnite.
In USD terms, a V-Buck is only worth a penny. This means that 100 V-Bucks equals $1, and over 1000 V-Bucks equals $10. It’s been that way ever since Epic Games released their battle royale with virtual currency.
Currently, one Russian ruble is equivalent to 0.0092 USD. One cent is one hundredth of a US dollar. This means that the ruble has fallen so low that it is now only ninety-two thousandths of a dollar.
Of course, V-Bucks are a currency that can only be used in battle royale while the ruble works in real-life situations. It’s still amazing how relatively less it has become.
No one would have imagined that we would be talking regarding how little value their currency has compared to virtual currency in a video game.
