The Tokyo Game Show 2022 is a great showcase for many video game publishers, like Square-Enix which has just highlighted its famous Forspoken: here is a brand new trailer to sustain the community.
The Japanese version in the spotlight
Finally postponed to next year when it was supposed to be released several months ago, The prophesied continues its merry way with confidence. And it’s no surprise From the legendary Tokyo Game Show we receive this brand new trailer, for the moment with the Japanese dubs only. It is to be enjoyed in our player above.
The opportunity to dive a little better into the universe thanks to to more than two minutes of very eventful trailer, exhibiting both the fantastic world and the fights with some aggressive individuals, without forgetting the platform aspect visibly present. Frey, the heroine, will indeed be equipped with a magic bracelet which will give her extraordinary powers, which will help her to twirl around and generate very strong elemental attacks.
Direction 2023
After having been thus rejected several times, we now have a new release date set for January 24, 2023 on PC and PlayStation 5 only (or at least for now). A release that we hope will be held by Luminous Productions, a studio belonging to Square-Enix and working on the Luminous Engine, a proprietary engine touted as next-gen by its creators.
