FORMULA 1 has announced the six grands prix that will host sprint races in the 2025 season.
The sprint race, held on Saturday, is a shorter race than the main race on Sunday.
The sprint race in the 2025 Formula 1 season will start at the Chinese GP on March 21-23.
Next, the sprint race will be held in Miami on May 2-4, Belgium on July 25-27, the United States (US) GP in Austin on October 17-19, Brazil on November 7-9, and in Qatar on November 28-30.
China, Miami, Austin, Brazil and Qatar also held sprint races this year.
Belgium previously held a sprint race in the 2023 season.

The 2025 Formula 1 season will start in Australia on March 14-16.
In addition to announcing the grand prix that held sprint races, Formula 1 also released data showing that the GP audience that attended sprint races was greater than the regular GP.
The data revealed that 40% more viewers attended qualifying and sprint races at the Chinese GP this year than all Formula 1 races in 15 other markets combined.
Formula 1 chief Stefano Domenicali said, “Sprint races have proven to be a success for Formula 1, attracting more spectators to the circuit.”
Formula 1 will celebrate its 75th anniversary next year and Domenicali insists the sprint race is proof of the success of introducing new elements into Formula 1 while still respecting the land jet racing. (bbc/Z-1)
