KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – A record-breaking day for New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara headlined the week five performances for former Vols.
Kamara tallied his 73rd career score to become the Saints career touchdown leader in their 34-0 victory over the New England Patriots. He finished the game with 22 carries for a season-high 80 rushing yards while also notching three receptions for 17 yards.

On the defensive side for the Saints, cornerback Alontae Taylor continued his breakout sophomore season with six total tackles in the shutout win.
Chicago rookie offensive lineman Darnell Wright helped lead the Bears to their first victory of the year, a 40-20 win over the Washington Commanders on Thursday night. In his fifth consecutive start, Wright saw action on 64 offensive snaps at right tackle as Chicago piled up yards through the air (273) and on the ground (178).
