Thomas Chisholm, former candidate for season 12 of Top Chef, was seriously stabbed this Sunday evening around 1:40 a.m., reveals Le Parisien. According to a police source, the chef received several stab wounds and his life is now in danger. Following this incident, one of its employees was arrested while he was in the 14th arrondissement of Paris.
Thomas Chisholm, a chef in his thirties and originally from New York, had shone in the cooking show of M6 in 2021. He had been eliminated during the 9th week. “I prefer to lose my head held high, while cooking, rather than making dishes just to win events. I am proud to have approached Top Chef in this way”he said when he left.
Last November, he opened his Chocho restaurant located in the tenth arrondissement of Paris. Last week, he even participated in the Taste of Paris festival where several renowned chefs were present.
