Former NFL running back Marshawn Lynch was arrested Tuesday in Las Vegas on suspicion of drunk driving, police said.
Officers stopped the vehicle Lynch was driving, found he was disabled and arrested him, police said in a statement.
Authorities did not say whether Lynch was being tested for the unfitness to drive, nor were any further details released. It’s unclear if Lynch has an attorney representing him. No lawyer was listed for him in the prison records.
Lynch played 12 seasons in the NFL, primarily with the Seattle Seahawks.
The five-time Pro Bowler had 10,413 rushing yards and 85 rushing touchdowns with the Seahawks, Buffalo Bills and Oakland Raiders from 2007-19.
