Vincent Van Quickenborne, who recently resigned as Minister of Justice after the terrorist attack last Monday, spoke in a program broadcast on VTM, De Tafel van Gert. In this interview, the former minister recounts a series of events experienced during his time at a boarding school in Ghent. He explains that he was touched by a priest there.
According to him, it was common there to be touched by a particular priest. “If you were sick, the priest would come to your room and you would have to take down your pants.”says Vincent Van Quickenborne, who affirms that many young boys were victims. “At the boarding school in Ghent, we talked about it and everyone knew.
