Zulkifli pleaded not guilty to the charge and a pre-trial date is set for March 5.If convicted under section 124(8)(a)(ii) of the Criminal Procedure Code, he faces a potential penalty of five years’ imprisonment, a fine of up to S$100,000, or both.
