Mick Jagger will no longer have to deal with threats from hurricanes, traffic or various species of reptiles: the Rolling Stones frontman no longer lives in Florida.
The “Gimme Shelter” singer, 80, just sold his Lakewood Ranch mansion for $3.25 million three months following listing it with his girlfriend, dancer Melania Hamrick, 36. The couple, who have a 6-year-old son named Deveraux, bought the place in October 2020 for $1.98 million.

According to Manatee County records, the home, built in 2008, is registered to Hamrick, who has family in the area.
Located east of Bradenton on the Gulf Coast, the 5,700-square-foot, four-bedroom, five-bathroom home is in the exclusive Lake Club gated community.

Among its perks are a heated saltwater pool, patio, three balconies, a bell tower, sleek kitchen appliances, and the satisfaction of knowing Mick slept there.
The new owners, who wish to remain anonymous, will also enjoy the privacy of a rock star. Apparently Jagger and Hamrick were forced to make some changes to the property, because they were “inundated with celebrity seekers.” The duo added extensive gardens and three camera towers.
The seller was represented by Christine Spelman, of RE MAX Alliance Group, and the buyer by Thomas Thomsen, with NYLA GRUPO FL LLC.
