PROSPECTIVE Candidate for Mayor of Bekasi, Mochtar Mohamad, is confident that he will be able to realize Bung Karno’s Tri Sakti Program, namely being sovereign in the political field, independent in the economic field and having personality in culture. Mochtar’s background experience in the Bekasi City DPRD from 1999 to 2003, Deputy Mayor of Bekasi from 2003 to 2008 and Mayor of Bekasi from 2008 to 2012 is believed to be able to realize Bung Karno’s Tri Sakti program.

In his determination to advance to the Bekasi Mayoral Election, Mochtar announced a series of programs during the upcoming campaign period. He has a big vision to improve the welfare of citizens and public services in Bekasi City.

One of Mochtar’s flagship programs is a grant of IDR 100 million per year for each RW cooperative, with business capital of IDR 5 million for each head of family.

“This program is expected to stimulate the local economy and support small businesses at the RW level,” said Mochtar Mohamad, Wednesday (8/5) in his statement.

Apart from that, Mochtar plans to provide ambulances for every RW clinic and strengthen access to health by guaranteeing free BPJS Health for all Bekasi residents.

In the context of public services, Mochtar promised better salaries for regional officials. RW’s honorarium will be increased to IDR 3 million per month, RT to IDR 2 million per month, posyandu cadres to IDR 500 thousand per month and DKM or marbot to IDR 1 million per month.
