A 3-member team of the Punjab Forensic Science Agency (PFSA) has reached Adiala Jail, which will conduct the polygraphic test of former Prime Minister Imran Khan for the first time during the investigation of the May 9 incidents in Lahore.
It should be noted that Lahore Police has a 10-day physical remand of Imran Khan. The 3-member PFSA team will present the investigation progress report on Imran Khan to the court.
According to media reports, the PFSA team includes Waqas Khalid, Abid Ayub and Ali Raza, the PFSA team has left from Gate 5 inside Adiala Jail.
DSP Javed, Inspector Rana Akmal, Rana Arham and Alam Langriyal are among those who reached Adiala Jail, Inspector Rana Munir, Inspector Mohammad Ali are also among the officers who reached Adiala Jail.
Physical remand of PTI founder in 12 cases, pleas set for hearing
It should be noted that on July 15, the Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court approved the 10-day physical remand of Imran Khan in 12 cases of May 9.
Imran Khan was given physical remand in 5 cases in police station Sarwar Road, while physical remand was given in three cases of police station Gulbarg and in 1, 1 case of police station Race Course, Mughalpura, Shadman and police station Model Town.
It should be noted that against Imran Khan there are also cases of arson at Jinnah House, Askari Tower and Shadman police station.
