Muscat: Oman’s Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi met with State Secretary Andreas Michaelis at the German Federal Foreign Office. The meeting was part of Sultan Haitham bin Tariq’s visit to Germany. The meeting reviewed the existing cooperation between Oman and Germany in various fields. Both sides said the Sultan’s visit will help to broaden relations between the two countries and achieve greater cooperation and partnership, especially in the areas of finance, investment, renewable and green energy.
Views were also exchanged on various issues of local and international arena. The meeting was attended by senior officials including the accredited ambassadors of both the countries.
