“Forbes” Chinese website announced the 2023 Global Billionaires List on the 4th. French luxury brand magnate Bernard Arnault became the new world’s richest man this year, with his current personal fortune estimated at $211 billion. Elon Musk, who bought Twitter for $44 billion in October last year and was subsequently hit by a plunge in Tesla’s stock price, dropped 18 percent to $180 billion, taking second place.
