Vienna – In the money laundering indictment once morest manager and investor Siegfried Wolf, former CEO of Magna International, in the Eurofighter case, the Economic and Corruption Public Prosecutor’s Office (WKStA) is now back to square one. After Wolf and a second defendant, a former Magna manager, objected, the Graz Higher Regional Court rejected the indictment for money laundering on Friday.
